NeoLiv’s villa plans are mostly in the Mumbai region, where hills and the coast are close enough for a weekend drive. They come as villa and plot communities, so you can choose a built home or a plot to build on.
Four projects include villas: the Alibaug site, the Khopoli 47-acre project, the Panvel–Khopoli 76-acre township and the Faridabad township plan. All are in early stages, so rate sheets are not public yet.
