RERA is the state authority that registers real estate projects and keeps their records. A registered project must publish its layout, timeline and quarterly progress.
Three NeoLiv projects show registration numbers: Grand Park in Sonipat, Golf One in Faridabad and Grand Forest Prive in Raigad. Each number can be searched on the state RERA site.
Other NeoLiv projects are not yet registered and appear in the upcoming and pre launch lists. This page shows only those with a number.
