Names such as NeoLiv, project names and place names are used only to describe the projects. They belong to their owners.
Nothing on this website is an offer, an invitation to an offer, an advertisement for sale or a contract. A project page is a summary to help you shortlist. A binding offer can only come from the developer in writing.
Prices marked with an asterisk are indicative. They are taken from public listings and news and may be out of date or may change without notice. Plot sizes, handover months and project areas can be revised by the developer.
Many NeoLiv plots sold out at launch. A project shown here may have no stock left. Always confirm availability and the all-in price, including stamp duty, registration and development charges, with the developer before you pay anything.
Where a RERA number is shown, it is copied from public sources. You should search it on the official portal of the state RERA authority and read the certificate, the layout approval and the handover date.
Projects shown as upcoming or pre launch may not be registered. Do not pay a large booking amount before a registration number is available and you have read the refund terms.
Pictures on this website are artist impressions and sample images. They are used to show the style of a project and are not an exact picture of what will be built. Layouts, landscaping and amenities may differ at handover.
Facts such as founding year, funding, sales figures and project areas are collected from public news, filings and listings. We try to keep them correct but we cannot promise they are complete or current. Figures about sales potential are reports, not guarantees.
